How to Reach Us
Here’s how you can contact the eDerm support team:
- Remotely: With your permission, eDerm support can access your computers, take momentary control and provide assistance with any problem.
- Electronically: Any user may submit support questions via the eDerm system through our support link.
- By Phone: Call our customer care line toll-free at 1-877-877-4500 during the hours of 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern time.
Closed for Company Holidays
The following dates are observed as company holidays for all eDerm associates. eDerm customer support will be closed for:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day (Observed Day)
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Friday After Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve (Observed Day)
- Christmas Day (Observed Day)
The eDerm support team can also help resolve software or business issues relating to the use of eDerm Systems. Requests for custom technical work or other similar needs are referred to eDerm service teams for needs assessment and a service price quote.
