CRASH REPORTING AND DIAGNOSTICS
We use Firebase Crashlytics, a crash reporting and diagnostics service provided by Google LLC (“Google”), to help us identify, diagnose, and fix problems in the App.
WHAT IS COLLECTED
When the App crashes or encounters certain errors, Crashlytics automatically collects:
- Crash logs and stack traces
- The state of the App at the time of the crash
- Device information (device model, operating system version, available storage and memory, locale)
- App version and build identifier
- Date and time of the crash
We do not use this data to build advertising profiles, and it is not shared with advertisers or data brokers.
WHO PROCESSES THIS DATA
This data is processed by Google LLC and its affiliates on our behalf.
Google may process this data in the United States and other countries.
Google participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension as a safeguard for these transfers.
RETENTION
Firebase Crashlytics keeps crash stack traces, extracted minidump data, and associated identifiers (including Crashlytics Installation UUIDs and Firebase Installation IDs) for 90 days before starting the process of removing it from live and backup systems. Firebase Crashlytics stores minidump data only temporarily in order to process NDK crashes.
YOUR CHOICES
Crash reporting is a core part of how we maintain App stability and cannot be disabled from within the App.
