With a special "Collections" designation for patient accounts that are past due, eDerm makes it easier to see who is in collections, how much they owe, and run a quick report.
When a patient that is in "Collections" calls to schedule an appointment, eDerm will flag you as a prompt to ask the patient about the status of their past due payment(s).
