Be part of an exciting national rollout of the industry leading web-based dermatology practice electronic health records and practice management system. eDerm Systems is hiring professional sales and territory managers for on-site and telephone sales to 10,000 dermatology practices in the United States. As a Sales Account Executive you will be responsible for driving sales for the eDerm dermatology EHR and practice management solution, targeting dermatology physician offices in your assigned territory.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree
- Ability to manage a one- to four-year sales cycle
- Expertise in territory management and organization
- Strong understanding of dermatology practice workflow and economics
- 3-6 years experience selling healthcare solutions, preferably EHR, into small-to-medium sized physician practices
- Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare IT solution selling methodology. Must be currently selling products or services to dermatology practices.
- Track record of consistent success in sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Strong planning, organizational and PC skills
- Travel as needed, sometimes up to 80% of the time
- A valid driver’s license
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales quota as set forth by Company
- Manage, track and report on individual opportunities and prospects throughout sales cycle
- Responsible for developing individual sales plans that include customized strategies and tactical approaches to drive market success
- Collaborate and leverage alignment with adjacent sales teams to ensure coherent and consistent messaging to customers and prospects
- Drive regional participation in corporate marketing initiatives
- Take proactive steps to channel market feedback around multiple dimensions including the competitive environment and relevant voice of the customer insights
- Other duties as defined in the normal course of business
